When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: If the product arrived physically damaged due to transit mishandling
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered
  • Leakage: If the product has leaked due to packaging failure
  • Expired Product: If the product delivered has crossed its expiry date

Returns NOT Accepted For:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products without original packaging or tamper-evident seal
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your Order ID and a clear photograph of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup or send a replacement

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval
  • For Razorpay payments: Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
  • For COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (please provide your bank details)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product at no extra charge, subject to availability.
