When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrived physically damaged due to transit mishandling
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered
- Leakage: If the product has leaked due to packaging failure
- Expired Product: If the product delivered has crossed its expiry date
Returns NOT Accepted For:
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging or tamper-evident seal
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
How to Raise a Return Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide your Order ID and a clear photograph of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup or send a replacement
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval
- For Razorpay payments: Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
- For COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (please provide your bank details)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product at no extra charge, subject to availability.
