Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day

Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery is attempted and you're unavailable, the courier will try 2–3 times
- After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
