We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order with Shresta Woodpressed Oils.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the order is packed and dispatched (shipping label generated), cancellations cannot be processed. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to our Returns Policy).
How to Cancel an Order
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Razorpay (Online) Payments: Full refund to original payment method within 5โ7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No payment collected = no refund required. Order simply cancelled.
When Refunds Are Issued
A full refund is issued in the following scenarios:
- Order cancelled within 12 hours before dispatch
- Product arrived damaged/wrong (after return verification)
- Product not delivered within 15 days from dispatch date
- Duplicate/double charges by payment gateway (we correct this immediately)
COD Refunds (for Returns)
For Cash on Delivery orders where return is approved:
- Refund is processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- Please share your bank account details with our team
- Refund processed within 7 business days after return verification
